About Me

Having grown up loving anime and manga, being a voice actor and animator has always been my dream. As a creative with curiosity to learn and try various things, I have experience working as an artist, an animator, game tester, localization, game development, and even customer service in games!

Video games are a huge passion of mine. Being a total game nerd, I love playing games, making games, translating games, and best of all, voicing game characters! When I’m not busy working on a game or animation project, you’d bet I’d be playing a game or watching some anime!

Language learning is another life long interest of mine. As a trilingual who is ceaselessly learning new words and phrases when I pick them up, I will always be thinking about how the new knowledge can help me in my work, which includes localization, and teaching (I tutor too)!

As a fan of anime and manga and games, it’s normal to want to be able to share your favourite works with as many people as you can, and that’s where translation and localization is so important to me. With the way every culture has their own way of experiencing the world, computer translation will never be able to convey the message behind the words without taking culture into context, let alone having to deal with reading between the lines. It is my job to help bridge that gap!
